Hefner’s most “infamous” – and spectacular – party, “A Midsummer Night’s
Dream”, rocked Las Vegas on August 18th at the super-trendy Palms
Pools & Bungalows at the Palms Casino Resort. Celebrity and VIP guests,
decked out in masquerade or alluring lingerie, enjoyed exotic cocktails,
unique performance art and stylish Playboy by Don Diego cigars. Manufactured
by Altadis U.S.A., Playboy was the event’s exclusive featured cigar.
What makes “A Midsummer Night’s Dream Party” so exceptional is the
stunning and extravagant custom prop creations designed for the event.
Among the eye-popping productions were a floating sacrificial altar,
a staging of a Vulcan love ritual, and shimmering mermaids swimming
among the pools. No less impressive were aficionado’s reactions to
the Playboy cigars, which were a “mega hit” according to sources at
the event.
